Wähwäh
Duck Wizard
Wähwäh was a fulvous whistling duck wizard tax collector. Wäh was cursed with bad luck from a very young age, maybe even from before he was born. The blow that led to wäh's death was struck by His Excellency the Sublime Effulgent Fredrique Cabot XII while wäh was hiding in a potion shop.
Before his untimely death, Wähwäh commissioned a local blacksmith to forge a statue for his "companion" Fredrique.
